At Bosant, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Bosant account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
